My goal? To bring people together, using their unique strengths and weaknesses to create shared perspectives and opportunities. That's why I started KAMPLEX.
I'm 29 years old, mother of two and born and raised in Berlin. At 15, I made the decision to move to England by myself, where I completed my A-Levels in economics and psychology in Oxford. This experience shaped my entire path, leading me to study business psychology with a focus on personnel and health psychology at Fresenius University back in Berlin.
Already during my studies, I took the step into self-employment, gaining valuable experience across industries such as hospitality, real estate, and retail. My three years in HR consulting, particularly in recruiting, shaped my passion for connecting with people, understanding their stories, and supporting them in taking their next steps.
Beyond my professional work, I volunteer with the German non-profit organization Caritas. This deeply rewarding experience reflects my commitment to fostering human connections, building bridges, and driving positive change – both in business and in life.
I believe that every person and every company has the potential to achieve great things – with the right support and the right team.

WHAT DRIVES US:
When we originally had the crazy idea of going into business together with what is now KAMPLEX, our goal was to help companies specifically target younger audiences for apprenticeships. And while this remains a key focus for us because attracting young talent is essential for long-term success, we also realized how far beyond just that the need for support in this area extends. Smaller companies and medium-sized businesses, in particular, often lack the resources to prioritize marketing and recruiting efforts.
